The site collects only the data you voluntarily enter into the forms: identity, contact details, professional information (salon type, speciality, trade licence number, commercial register, governorate), school and level for students, together with the content of your messages. This data is used solely to handle your membership, partnership or information request, to contact you and to manage the administrative follow-up of your file. It is not subject to any automated decision-making.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, obtained explicitly via a tick box before any form is submitted.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for authorised departments within CAT Tunisia. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Requests are retained for as long as is necessary to process them and to manage your relationship with the confederation, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data is stored on infrastructure with restricted access and administration credentials are protected. Forms are validated server-side and protected against automated submissions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@cat-tunisia.com. You may also refer the matter to the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP), the Tunisian data protection authority.
